The E2 investment visas to the US, which allow you to be present in the US for 24 continuous months and are valid for 60 months, are still held by the US embassy in Bogota. US Embassy in Colombia still deals with pandemic caused delays and is costing investors business opportunities in the US.

But now we have confirmed solutions. The US embassy in Honduras is accepting visa applications from Colombians and it takes 6-9 months to get an appointment. We have clients who submitted in September 2022 and are now due for an appointment in March 2023 in Tegucigalpa.

Update: our clients returned from Tegucigalpa with approved E2 Visas, and are now legal in the US until 2025 with valid visas until 2028.
